Juliette Lee

Deputy head of branch

PhD student

Juliette started her academic career in France at the University of Strasbourg where she did her Bachelor in Biology. In her third year, she had the opportunity to join the University of Warwick for a year as an Erasmus student. As she enjoyed the UK university system, she went on to do a MSc in Neuroscience at the King’s College London, where she took her first steps into the research world.

Juliette is now a final year PhD student at the University of Cambridge working on mitochondria turnover and how this might be impaired in neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson’s disease. Eager to learn more about business and entrepreneurship, Juliette has been involved in several consulting projects with EnterpriseTECH, i-Teams and CCN from being a team member to an engagement manager.

She has just completed the intensive EnterpriseTECH STAR programme developing her own business ideas. Juliette will be a Leader of Tomorrow in the 2020 Biotech Gap Summit at the University of Cambridge in March.
